The following documents define our structure, authority, and ethical standards, guaranteeing transparency to our families, donors, and community stakeholders.
Operational Structure: Defined Roles and Mandates

Mission Oversight: Ensures all activities strictly align with the AEQUALIS Principle and Player-First philosophy.
Financial Fiduciary: Approves the annual budget, oversees financial integrity, and legally mandates and funds the AEQUALIS Financial Aid Policy (Zero-Exclusion).
Strategic Governance: Hires, evaluates, and compensates the Technical Director and Managing Director.
II. The Technical Director (TD)
The Soccer CEO
The TD holds exclusive authority over all soccer-related activities, protecting the consistency and quality of the Player-First developmental vision.
Technical Vision: Holds exclusive authority over the development and implementation of the club's modern technical curriculum and style of play.

External Compliance: Manages all league, state, and local registration requirements and handles routine parent communication regarding non-soccer operations.
Our AEQUALIS Financial Aid Commitment
At the core of Real Oro FC is the AEQUALIS Principle: ensuring high-level football development is accessible to all talented players, regardless of economic background.
Zero-Exclusion Mandate: As legally mandated by our Bylaws, no player will be excluded from a team or program for which they are technically qualified due to financial hardship.
Need-Based Focus: Aid is awarded strictly based on demonstrated financial need, utilizing objective and confidential measures.
Confidentiality: All financial documentation and award status are reviewed only by the non-coaching Financial Review Committee (Treasurer and Managing Director). Coaching staff are never informed of a player's financial aid status.
How to Apply: Families seeking financial assistance must submit an application packet directly to the Managing Director, according to the annual deadline published during the tryout period.
