Phase, Ages, Focus, & Strategic Goals:

1. Transition to Ludus™ Grassroots U5–U18 Joy, Creativity, Ball Mastery. Foundation of technical learning, positional concepts, emotional safety, and early leadership roles.

2. Transition to Constantia™ Competitive U6–U18 Speed, Intelligence, Positional Play. NorCal Premier competition, advanced technical refinement, tactical awareness, and tempo control.

3. Transition to Somnium™ Pathway U13–U18 Performance Identity and Elite Environments. ECNL, ODP, MLS Next targeting. High-performance physical preparation, individual training plans, and international exchange opportunities through Spanish Academies.

  • Weekly Schedule: 3 training sessions + 1 Sunday scrimmage (Total 6 hours/player/week).

    At Real Oro FC, we go beyond basic training. Our specialized Position Academies are designed to develop technically elite players who can execute the possession-based principles of the Tiki Taka philosophy. Players will receive high-intensity training focused on tactical intelligence, exceptional control, and precise execution specific to their role.

  • Mid-Fielder Academy™ Technical Control, Passing Range, Ball Winning, Awareness. The Engine Room: Dictating tempo, maintaining possession rhythm, creating passing angles, and executing third-man runs.

  • Winger Academy™ Crossing, Speed, Dribbling, Off-the-Ball Runs. Width & Connection: Creating space on the flanks; intelligent rotation and quick combination play.

  • Striker Academy™ Clinical Finishing, Movement, Hold-Up Play. Penetration & Link-Up: Dropping into space to connect passes; quick one-touch finishes and dynamic attacking movement.
